Poor or weak nails, often containing ridges, indicate a sulfur, calcium, and/or vitamin A deficiency, disease, infection, trauma, unhealthy diet, use of nail polish and removers, use of detergents, or excessive exposure to water.
Apply 1-3 drops of chosen oil/s to base of nails 2-3 times a day for 30 days, after 30 days, apply 1 drop to base of nails once a day.
Topical use for single oils, apply desired oil neat or diluted to base of nails daily to maintain a healthy nail bed.
