This dish is actually quite easy to prepare, surprisingly low in carbs and utterly delicious. This has by far been one of my favorite creations yet. It is always in heavy rotation in my home. I hope you love it as much as we do. Happy Cooking!!!

1 Medium Onion – Thinly sliced
1 1/2 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
5 Tbs. Butter – Divided
½ Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
8 oz. Baby Bella Mushrooms – Halved
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
