Ingredients

  • 1 medium pineapple, cored and cubed
  • 3 roma tomatoes, cored and diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup diced mixed bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (This is the only salt I use) code PEACE for 15% off


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to come together.
